As the Fort Worth and Dallas region continues to grow there has been a need to ensure the water supply is secured for decades into the future. The Integrated Pipeline Project will eventually stretch 150 miles from Lake Palestine, southeast of Dallas, to Lake Benbrook, southwest of Fort Worth, and will include six new pump stations and a balancing reservoir. When complete, the project will be able to pump 350 million gallons per day to North Texas.
Liquid Stone Concrete has been providing concrete in the Midlothian area for the pipeline. Concrete is used to support the structure and also to encase the pipeline before burial of the line.
