Highway 287 Overpass

Texas State Highway 287 needed a new overpass. Months of preparations brought us to the critical part, the bridge deck. The project was to start at dusk and work till finished. The first truck was met by a group of TxDOT inspectors and upon passing the testing, the project began. Before sunrise, the pour was complete.

Reservoir

INTEGRATED PIPELINE PROJECT

As the Fort Worth and Dallas region continues to grow there has been a need to ensure the water supply is secured for decades into the future. The Integrated Pipeline Project will eventually stretch 150 miles from Lake Palestine, southeast of Dallas, to Lake Benbrook, southwest of Fort Worth, and will include six new pump stations and a balancing reservoir. When complete, the project will be able to pump 350 million gallons per day to North Texas.

Liquid Stone Concrete has been providing concrete in the Midlothian area for the pipeline. Concrete is used to support the structure and also to encase the pipeline before burial of the line.
